COMPENSATION

Compensation for our employees is competitive with other California law firms similarly situated, with increases based on merit, not seniority.

Grancell, Lebovitz, Stander, Reubens and Thomas offers a discretionary year end bonus.

Grancell, Lebovitz, Stander, Reubens and Thomas offers a full benefits package which includes a 401k plan and a wide range of insurance benefits.
