R. REUBENS studied for his Bachelor’s degree at
Manchester University England. He received his Juris Doctor
degree from the University of West Los Angeles. Mr. Reubens
has practiced workers’ compensation since becoming a member
of the California State Bar in 1989. He is a past legal
advisor and president of the Diablo Valley Industrial Claims
Association (Millennium year), as well as a past legal
advisor to the North Bay WCA (Millennium year). Mr. Reubens
is the manager of our Northern California office in Novato.
